About Us
South Cherokee/Jasper Driver Improvement Clinic, Inc. opened in 1980 as the first licensed driver's improvement clinic in Woodstock, GA. Our original location was on Hwy 92 in the Max Stancil Real Estate building, later moving to our present location at 178 Towne Lake Parkway in Woodstock. We are just ¼ mile from I-575, in the Town Place Office Park at the same location as Beetles Barbeque Restaurant.
Our satellite Jasper office has been in operation for15 years and is located at 1623 B East Church Street in Jasper Georgia, one block east of the Dairy Queen.
We are currently providing Driver Education, Defensive Driving and DUI/Risk Reduction classes.
For the convenience of our clients, we also have a state certified clinical evaluator,
Ms. Claudia Gerber CACII NCACII and state certified treatment provider, Mr. Frank Randall L.P.C. E.D.S., that share our office space so many of the legal requirements for a DUI, license re-instatement can be completed at one location.
About the Owners
Osa has worked as a Georgia certified Prime for Life, DUI/Risk Reduction instructor for South Cherokee since November of 1999 in both the Woodstock and Jasper locations. She is a certified New Driver instructor and has been teaching this same course since 2001. Prior to working with South Cherokee, Osa worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor for the Salvation Army in their Adult Rehabilitation Centers in Houston, Texas, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Atlanta, Georgia.
Gene worked as a credentialed Work Therapy Supervisor in substance abuse, for the Salvation Army in Houston, Oklahoma City and Atlanta as well. He was also a Hospital Administrator. |
